Four years ago, 'Not Another' founder Sophia Hilton set up
a hairdressing school in Madagascar with her husband.
Through teaching a trade, individuals are provided with a life
skill - a permanent way to feed their families as well as
lift their self-esteem.
Whilst they continued their support from afar, it became their
life ambition to return to help again. When launching Not Another Salon it became clear this wouldn't be possible for the foreseeable future, so instead they made a promise to Madagascar and to themselves that 10% of the profit generated from the
salon would go back to those in-need.
It may not be much in the grand scheme of things,
but Sophia and Jorel are dedicated to the cause and hopes
this makes a difference.
