 Sometimes after hours in the chair we look in the mirror and something isn’t quite right and that’s okay.

Please don’t be embarrassed! Our top priority is making sure you love your reflection.

Did you know we have to ‘tweak’ 1 in 10 of our clients?

That means we might redo a toner in the moment or they come back another day for an adjustment.

It’s seriously not a big deal!

**Adjusting / Tweaking Your Hair**

We believe in giving our talented stylists the opportunity to make adjustments and rectify any issues you may have encountered with your hair service. Our dedicated team is committed to ensuring that you leave our salon feeling confident and beautiful.

Here's how we proceed with adjustments:

1. **Contact Us:** If you are dissatisfied with your hair service, please contact our salon within **7** days of your initial appointment. You can reach us by phone at 020 7033 3920 or via email at enquiries@notanothersalon.com Please provide us with your name, appointment date, a detailed description of the issue you're experiencing and any imagery for visual reference.

2. **Consultation:** Once we receive your request, we will investigate further with your stylist to determine how best to proceed. This may involve another consultation to ensure all parties are on the same page moving forward. Either via email or in person, situation dependant.

3. **Hair Adjustment:** Based on the consultation, our stylist will work with you to adjust your hair to your satisfaction. This may involve a complimentary follow-up appointment to make the necessary modifications to your hair, as agreed upon during the consultation.

4. **Re-evaluation:** After the adjustment, we will reevaluate the results together with you to ensure that your concerns have been addressed and you are satisfied with the outcome.
